This option is only available online or as a telephone session. No consultation, simply book in and fill a short form using the button below.

One off sessions can be extremely useful to release emotions and help to gain new insights from difficulties which are troubling you. It is suitable for those who don’t want to commit to regular therapy but who may resonate with the following:

  • You’re facing a difficult decision and want to talk it through with a neutral person
  • You have an incident/event you want to talk through
  • You’d like a non-judgemental space to release heavy emotions
  • You’re confused by your feelings and are looking for some clarity

What Can I Provide Support With?

I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with a wide range of difficulties. I am also trained to provide a specific writing therapy for PTSD which solely focusses on writing rather than talking about a traumatic experience. My practice also focuses on sensitive cultural issues, providing support for individuals of minority backgrounds or those struggling with faith-based issues whether you identify as Muslim or with another faith.
